CURRENT CSR POLICIES

CS GROUP™ undertake corporate activities based upon CSR good practice in London & Essex, and work to provide meaningful educational programmes to strengthen our internal control structures and staff awareness. We all need to protect our world's fragile environment.

CS GROUP™ is actively undertaking initiatives in the areas of quality management, waste technology, environmental preservation and improved communication with all our subcontractors, clientele and also the general public.

As an air conditioning company CS GROUP™ are always mindful of sustainable practices in the air temperature control industry (HVAC), with a need to reduce energy requirements and the control, use and disposal of coolants. Waste management is equally important.

CS GROUP™ work to the highest specifications available in the air conditioning industry, using the latest technology available, while always treating our clientele with due care and diligence.

Good ecological practice stems from the correct choice of air temperature control design system to be used and continues throughout production and installation procedures, equipment and operation, with priority being given to the use of environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R407c and R410a.

Since January 2007 the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment directive has been in force with the aim to reduce the amount of electrical waste being sent to landfill. CS GRoup™ are committed to work within this directive.

Whilst currently fixed air conditioning systems do not fall within this legislation, we accept our responsibility to help the environment by offering to remove and dispose of air conditioning systems that have reached the end of their life.

With our commitment to provide the highest level of service we now offer to remove air conditioning units of any manufacturer from site for disposal in line with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment directive (WEEE).
